  • What loan amounts does ACCESS lend and for how long?
    Personal Loans - Up to J$ 3M and up to 7 years to repay. Micro Business Loans - Up to J$1.5M and up to 3 years to repay.
  • What are the interest rates on Personal and Business Loans?
    We invite you to have a conversation with one of our Loan Officers.
  • How long do you have to be employed to qualify for a loan?
    Personal Loans are available to employees of private and public sector companies who have been permanently employed for at least six (6) months*. Businesses must be in operation for at least six (6) months. (*conditions apply)
  • How can my Company be added to ACCESS’ approved list of companies?
    A company profile form must be completed by the Employer and returned to Access for review and approval.
  • What are the requirements for Personal and Business Loans?
    Personal Loan Requirements: Job letter Valid ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Voter’s ID and Passport) Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) 2 Passport size photos/ Photos can be taken in office Last two (2) payslips Proof of Address (most recent utility bill) Business Loan Requirements (Unsecured) Valid ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Voter’s ID and Passport) Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) 2 Passport sized photos/ Photos taken in office Proof of Address (most recent utility bill) For Business Loans (Secured): (All the above requirements) 6 Months Bank Statements Business Registration Documents 2 Character reference 3 Most Recent Utility Bills
  • How long does it take to get a loan?
    Personal Loans can be disbursed same day after the completed of the loan application process*. Business Loans can be disbursed within 2 days after the completed of the loan application process*. (*conditions apply)
  • How can I get my loan proceeds?
    Loans are disbursed directly to your bank account or alternately by cheque.
  • What is the Refer and Earn programme?
    $500 phone credit is given to each person who refers a customer to Access for a loan which is successfully disbursed.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Our opening hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

  • Does the company offer rebates?
    Rebates are determined based on the interest remaining on the loan at the time of closure. If a loan was disbursed during a promotional period, a rebate will not be given.
  • How do I apply for a rebate?
    Requests must be submitted to the Credit Committee. Please include your name, TRN, and contact number and send to customerservice@accessfinanceonline.com or drop off at the nearest branch.
  • Can I apply for a waiver?
    Request for waivers are reviewed on an individual case basis by your loan officer. Please include your contact details such as telephone number(s) and TRN and submit the letter via email to: customerservice@accessfinanceonline.com. Personal Loans - To facilitate such a request, please submit a letter from your employer indicating if there has been a reduction in your salary or total hours worked. The letter should indicate the effective date of the changes as well as the duration. Business Loans - To facilitate such a request, please submit a letter indicating how the current economic situation is affecting your business operations (such as sales, operating hours etc.).
