- You should be offered assistance within five (5) minutes of entering a branch
- Should you place a call to our offices, your call should be answered after three (3) rings.
- Your personal loan will be approved and disbursed within three (3) hours of you submitting the required documentation to a loan officer.
- Your business loans will be approved or declined within two working (2) days of receiving the required documentation and a site visit has been done.
We commit to resolve your issues in a quick and efficient manner
While we work hard at ensuring our customers have no issues with us, should there be one:
- We will strive to have it resolved within three (3) business days.
- Where a matter cannot be resolved within three (3) business days, you should be kept abreast of the progress and the resolution of your issue should not exceed ten (10) working days.
We commit to provide loan products to meet your needs
Through continuous development and enhancements we will provide you with a range of suitable loan products and services to meet your needs. It is also our goal to provide you with a loan in a fair and transparent manner.
- You should always receive a loan agreement and a repayment schedule.
- The terms of your loan agreement remains in effect and will not change over the life of the loan.

Written complaints will receive an acknowledgement in writing indicating a receipt of the complaint and you will receive a substantive response no later than ten (10) days of receipt of your complaint.
